Mika Singh recalls Aamir Khan’s ‘humble’ gesture when he mistakenly used his limousine and suite during world tour, says, “He didn’t make a fuss”

Mika Singh, one of the most celebrated singers in the Punjabi and Hindi film industries. However, he recently revealed that even when just breaking into the entertainment industry, he already had the confidence and attitude of a successful singer. Mika Singh recalls how during one of his USA tour he confused his and Aamir Khan’s suite and car. He also shares how Aamir was humble to not make fuss of the situation.

Mika Singh recalls taking Aamir Khan’s suite and Limousine

Speaking on the YouTube channel Kadak, the singer shared, “I was offered a world tour in 1999, which also included Aishwarya Rai, Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Twinkle Khanna. I was new to the film industry at the time. During the tour, I got the chance to travel with Aamir. I didn’t have much knowledge back then. While we were touring in the USA, I stepped out of the airport and saw a limousine parked outside.” He continued, “I didn’t know much about Bollywood then. I just asked Sunidhi and her father to get into the limousine with me, and we drove to the hotel. It turned out that the car was actually meant for Aamir Khan.”

Not only this, upon reaching the hotel, Mika unknowingly occupied a suite reserved under Aamir Khan’s name. Sharing what happened after that, Mika shared, “Aamir is very sweet. After some time, Aamir came and knocked on the door. When I opened it, he asked if it was my room. I confidently said, ‘Yes.’ He didn’t make a fuss—he just went to the other room and stayed there. Aamir was so humble about the whole situation.”

Notably, Mika had collaborated with Aamir Khan on Secret Superstar’s song Sexy Baliye.
